How do I use the navigation menu?
The Navigation Menu is located at the top of each page throughout the directory. Click any item on the menu to navigate to that page of the directory. You may also use the Quick Link menu to directly link to any page of the directory.

How do I browse provider listings?
To browse through all County Listings, simply use the ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons located to the left and right of each county name.

How do I print the provider listings?
You may print any page of the directory just as you would print any page of a website.

How do I print a specific area or page?
Most modern browsers allow you to print a small part of a page by defining a ‘Print Range’. Print Ranges may be specified to include one the following:

All
Selected for you by default, ‘All’ will print the entire page, from top to bottom.

Pages
To specify which pages to print, choose ‘Pages’ and enter the ‘from:’ and ‘to:’ pages. For example, entering '2-4' would print only pages two, three, and four.

Selection
To print a selection, you must first highlight (select) the area of the page that you wish to print. To do this, click and drag up or down with your mouse pointer until the desired area is highlighted. Once you have your content selected, click ‘File’ then ‘Print’, and choose ‘Selection’ from the ‘Print range’ area of the ‘Print’ dialog box.

The directory doesn't appear correctly, why?
In order to ensure maximum viewer compatibility, the Home Care & Hospice Directory has been designed to be viewed at a monitor resolution of 1024 x 768 dpi (dots per inch) or higher. If the directory appears to “run off” the edge of the page, check to see if your monitor will support the recommended resolution of 1024 x 768 dpi.

How do I update my online directory listing?
To ensure our Online Directory remains a useful resource for the thousands of discharge planners, insurance companies, case workers, government officials, and agency staff across North Carolina, AHHC's Online Directory is updated periodically. However, if a change occurs outside the regular update schedule necessitating a more immediate update, AHHC would be pleased to make changes to your Online Directory listing.
